Returns

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exceptions

Non-returnable Items: Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
